About
Know us before you meet us.
New Faith Church was formed on August 14, 2026 in Olathe, Kansas. What we believe, how we are governed, and where we stand are all published here for you to read.
Our only agenda is to make the kingdom of heaven as crowded as possible, and we have come to believe the best way to do that is to speak plainly. Everything that shapes this church — the gospel we confess, the positions we hold, the way we are governed — is written in ordinary language on this website, so you can know us before you ever walk in.
Everyone who comes and worships the Lord belongs. Giving is voluntary and never pressured. Everything we believe is written down and public. Our doctrine states these commitments, and our bylaws make the church answerable to them.
You already belong here
Belonging here begins the moment you come. This church keeps no membership roll and holds no members in the corporate sense, because Scripture requires neither.
All who come and worship the Lord are the church, because the church is the body of believers in Christ gathered in His name. If you are here, you are not a guest.
Governed openly by elders
A plurality of elders governs the church and serves as its board of directors. With no formal membership, there is no defined body to call a congregational vote. Our governance is stated plainly in the bylaws.
The elders owe every reader a clear account of the church's reasoning and commitments, published in writing on this website.
Every position is public
Our entire doctrinal standard is published openly, including our positions on contested questions. Anyone may read where we stand before speaking with us.
Our bylaws require every doctrinal position to be published. The answer in the room is the answer on this website: what you see is exactly where we stand.
“On this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.”
Christ builds His church, and Christ alone holds title to it. A denomination, an institution, or a human leader — including the people who signed our articles of incorporation — can only ever be a steward of what He has given. We hold what we have been given in the open.
Walk · Read · Pray
We ask you to build three habits: walk your faith in the open, read the Scriptures for yourself, and pray directly to the Father. They belong to ordinary life, wherever you are.
i
Walk
Live it in the daylight.
Walking is the plainest word the New Testament has for the Christian life, and it is deliberately unglamorous. Not a leap, not a summit, not a single decisive moment — a way of going, one ordinary day after another, in the direction of the One who called you.
We ask you to live your faith where it can be seen: in the open, in the daylight, among the people you already have. A faith lived openly is a light set where others can see it.
“I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”
ii
Read
Read it for yourself.
Read the Scriptures yourself: the text itself, in your own hands, at your own pace. Read alongside what is taught and what we publish here.
We derive every position we hold from what is written. Read closely, test what we publish against Scripture, and begin with what Jesus said before reading the rest in that light.
“You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.”
iii
Pray
Speak to the Father.
Pray continually and speak directly to the Father. You may come to Him yourself. When Jesus taught His followers to pray, the first word He gave them was Father, and He meant it plainly.
Bring the whole of it: the gratitude, the burden, the fear, and the thing you keep private from everyone else. Speak openly with your Father, who already knows what you need before you ask.
“In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.”
